Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Expansio Tech ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. What the Service does

Expansio Tech provides a dashboard, automation tools, and API for managing WhatsApp Business Platform conversations. It requires connecting your own WhatsApp Business Account, provided by Meta — Expansio Tech is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or WhatsApp.

3. Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the content of messages sent through your account, including complying with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and applicable consent/opt-in requirements for the contacts you message.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure.
• You won't use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates WhatsApp's policies or applicable law.

4. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment processor. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law, though we'll consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for billing errors — contact expansio.marketing@gmail.com.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — the Service depends on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which is outside our control. We don't currently offer a formal uptime SLA or service credits.

6. Data

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or WhatsApp's policies.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expansio Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and where changes are material we'll take reasonable steps to notify you, such as by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
